Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil.
    Sift together dry ingredient, flour baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg cinnamon and add to egg mixture.
    Fold in zucchini and nuts. Grease 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
