Beef Cream Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
dash of pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
6 green onions, chopped
grated Cheddar cheese (for topping)
Preparation

Brown and drain ground beef.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and sugar.
Saute green onions.
Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, noodles and onions together.
Assemble casserole with a layer of the beef mixture on the bottom, all the noodle and sour cream mix and the rest of the beef mixture.
Heat until bubbly at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0, then add cheese to the top and heat until the cheese melts.
