Wendy'S Chicken Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper *
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 chicken, cut up and skinned
1 Tbsp. vinegar
hot, cooked white rice
Preparation

In a large kettle, saute onion in oil until clear and brown. Add curry powder and pepper.
Fry for 15 minutes on low.
Add tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add chicken pieces.
Stir to coat.
Cook on low for 20 to 30 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.
Add vinegar.
Stir.
Serve over rice.
