Savannah Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 large cans stewed tomatoes
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    1 lb. shrimp, boiled
    1 lb. bacon
    1 lb. sausage (Neese's hot)
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook bacon and sausage; saute onions and pepper until tender in drippings.
    Combine all ingredients in casserole dish.
    Top with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
