Sugared Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pecans or almonds (unsalted)
    2 egg whites
    2 tsp. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine egg whites and water.
    Beat until frothy (puffy).
    Add nuts.
    Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Add sugar mixture to nut mixture.
    Stir to coat.
    Line a jellyroll pan or cookie sheet with oiled brown paper (shopping bag cut to size will work).
