Easy Beef Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 c. uncooked medium egg noodles
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    chopped fresh parsley
    1 lb. ground beef chuck
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over moderately high heat (about 300\u00b0).
    Add ground beef and cook until lightly browned, stirring occasionally with a fork to break up meat.
    Drain off any excess fat.
    Sprinkle uncooked noodles over meat.
