Cranberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 lb. oleo (1 stick)
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. almond extract
8 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Cream oleo and gradually add sugar and eggs.
Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with sour cream.
Add almond extract.
Pour a layer of batter (enough to cover bottom of pan) in pan and spoon in cranberry sauce.
(Mix cranberries thoroughly before.)
Add remaining batter.
Bake in tube or Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
