Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sized sweet potatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. butter
    marshmallows
    shredded coconut or crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes until tender (canned potatoes can be used as well).
    Remove skin and beat potatoes until fluffy.
    Add sugar, salt and butter.
    Form ball over marshmallow and roll in shredded coconut or crushed cornflakes and bake in moderate oven until golden brown.
    Best when served chilled.
