Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. cold water
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. margarine
baked pie shell
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
Preparation

In double boiler, cook 1 cup sugar, cornstarch and cold water until thick.
Add egg yolks with cooked mixture.
Remove from heat.
Stir in lemon juice and margarine.
Spoon hot filling into baked pie shell.
