Ham Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. finely chopped, cooked ham
1 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs or 1/2 c. egg substitute
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. lo-cal mayonnaise
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1/2 small jar pimento
9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs. Add cornstarch to milk and mix all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until center is firm. Use food processor for the ham, peppers and onion.
