Shrimp Curry Or Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bell pepper
    2 onions
    pimentos
    cloves of garlic
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 1/2 lb. shrimp
Preparation
    Chop bell pepper, onions, pimentos and garlic; brown in 1/4 cup oil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup dry wine. Cook for 3 minutes. To make curry, add 2 teaspoons curry powder.
