Ingredients
    1 (6 to 10 lb.) crown roast of pork (to serve 6 to 10)*
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    salt and freshly ground black pepper
    4 Tbsp. chopped sage
    2 Tbsp. chopped thyme
    1 1/4 c. dry white wine
