Tortellini Soup Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can whole tomatoes
    1 lb. Italian sweet sausage, cut in pieces (don't brown)
    1 (15 oz.) Italian tomato sauce
    4 to 7 c. beef stock-consomme (5 cans)
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 tsp. dry basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 c. sliced zucchini
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 green pepper, diced
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    2 c. tortellini
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, sausage (uncooked), tomato sauce, beef stock, onion, garlic, carrots, basil and oregano in a large pot. Simmer 30 minutes.
    Do not boil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer another hour.
    Add tortellini last.
    Serves 10.
