Portuguese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium red potatoes
    1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. or less chopped garlic
    1 small jar pimento
    2 slices bread, toasted and cubed
    1 1/2 sticks melted oleo
Preparation
    Cube and boil potatoes, leaving skin on. Place in greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish or 2 smaller dishes. Mix cheese, onion, garlic, pimento and bread and sprinkle over cooked potatoes. Pour oleo over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
