Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cold flaked salmon
    dash of cayenne
    few drops of lemon juice
    1 c. white sauce
Preparation
    Mix butter, flour and milk to make white sauce.
    Add salmon and seasonings.
    Cool ingredients thoroughly.
    Shape, dip in bread crumbs, egg, then crumbs again.
    Deep fry.
    Serve with Oriental sauce.
