Surneye Paeske(Russian Easter Cheese Mold) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
    1/2 lb. unsalted butter
    1/2 lb. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla bean, finely chopped
    juice of 1 lemon
    rind of 1 lemon, finely chopped
    rind of 1 orange, finely chopped
    6 to 8 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. almonds, finely chopped (optional)
    1/3 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Cook orange rind in 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons water.
    Simmer on low for 45 minutes.
    Do the same with the lemon rind.
