Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. yellow food coloring
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Fill medium size bowl about 2/3 full of flour. Make a hole in flour, leaving some on bottom. Put all ingredients in flour and mix, stirring in flour until dough is no longer sticky. Flour a large surface and use 1/3 of dough. Roll out thin. Dry 15 to 20 minutes. Cover with a dusting of flour. Cut in half and place on top of other half. Roll up and cut in thin strips. Shake out and cook in broth. Do same with remainder of dough. Can dry and freeze.
