Tuna Florentine(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
2 cans (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
salt and pepper
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. soft bread crumbs (about 4 slices)
Preparation

Squeeze spinach to remove excess liquid.
Spread spinach evenly in a greased casserole (2-quart).
Sprinkle with onion, tuna and eggs.
Mix mushroom soup and sour cream.
Pour mixture evenly over eggs.
Mix melted butter and crumbs and sprinkle evenly over top of casserole.
Bake in preheated oven (350\u00b0) for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
