Curry-Cajun Spiced Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. honey
3 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
2 or 3 tsp. Cajun seasoning
2 or 3 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lb. with bone in, about 2 lb.)

Preparation

In a 3-quart rectangular baking dish, combine honey, water, mustard, melted margarine or butter, Cajun seasoning, curry powder, lemon juice and garlic.
Mix well.
Add chicken breasts (halves), turning to coat.
Arrange in a single layer. Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
Serve chicken with pan drippings with hot cooked rice.
Makes 6 main dish servings.
