"Colcannon"(Potatoes And Cabbage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. potatoes, peeled
    1 lb. cabbage, cored and chopped
    1 bunch green onions (including tops), chopped
    2 Tbsp. whipping cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
    Drain. Return potatoes to saucepan and mash to puree.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
