Chicken Paprikash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. to 2 Tbsp. paprika
    3 to 4 c. stock
    4 to 6 pieces skinned chicken
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt or half and half
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add chopped onion and saute.
    Add paprika.
    Slowly add stock.
    Simmer, then add skinned chicken. Simmer covered 45 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add flour and sour cream or yogurt or half and half.
    Stir into chicken stock 5 minutes.
    Serve over noodles.
