Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal mix
    3 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 oz. can chopped jalapenos
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    16 oz. sour cream
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    8 1/2 oz. can cream-style corn
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour batter into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
