Orange-Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pineapple (8 rounds), drained and cut into small pieces
1 can mandarin oranges, cut and drained
1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
2 pkg. orange jello (3 oz. size)
1 large Cool Whip (13 oz.)
Preparation

Mix pineapple and orange pieces.
Add cottage cheese and stir. Pour in dry powdered jello and mix well. Stir in topping.
This sets quickly and lasts for days. Can be frozen.
This can also be served in sherbet glasses as a dessert.
