Nutty Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. pecan pieces
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Fill greased muffin pan cups 1/2 full with batter.
Bake in a preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6.
