Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box large shell macaroni
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
4 c. milk
salt
Preparation

Cook the macaroni according to directions.
Melt the stick of margarine in a saucepan.
Add flour until mixture thickens.
This could take more or less than the two tablespoons of flour.
Add approximately four cups of milk.
When this mixture becomes hot, not boiling, add the pound of Velveeta (cut into pieces; the smaller the pieces the quicker the cheese will melt into a sauce). Add salt according to taste.
Stir this mixture constantly or it will scorch.
