Fish And Rice(Lebanese Dish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large fish or fish filets
Crisco oil
3 large onions, sliced
1/2 c. pine nuts
2 c. rice (long grain)
salt and pepper
3 c. water
Preparation
-
In a large skillet place oil and fry the fish.
Remove the fish when done, and in the same oil, add the onions.
Fry until tender but not brown.
Again in the same oil, fry the pine nuts until brown.
Remove.
