Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 blue fish or sea trout (2 to 4 lb.)
    1 lemon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3 cloves garlic, chopped finely
    dash of ginger
    2 large onions
    1 1/2 large green peppers
    3 stalks scallions
    1 1/2 cans tomato sauce (12 oz.)
    water
Preparation
    Have the market scale the fish; split down the middle and remove the center bone.
    Wash well and add the juice of 1 lemon outside and in the cavity.
    Add the next four ingredients.
    Set into fridge for 2 to 4 hours.
