Cranberry Sauce For Chicken Or Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole cranberries
1/4 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a Dutch oven.
Simmer on medium heat. Roast pork at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Halfway through, reduce heat to 175\u00b0.
Baste with sauce every 15 minutes.
Spread excess sauce on platter and put the roast on top.
