Golden Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. potatoes
    6 c. water
    3 c. celery
    3 c. carrots
    1 1/2 c. onions
    3 tsp. parsley
    6 bouillon cubes
    3 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    12 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 gal. milk
    3 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Boil all veggies until tender.
    Add milk and thicken with flour.
    Lastly, add cheese, but do not boil after adding cheese. You may add more milk, if needed.
    Serves 35.
