Baked Pork Chops And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    6 pork chops
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. dried leaf rosemary
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. water
    3 apples, cored and sliced crosswise
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt butter.
    Add pork chops, 3 at a time, and brown.
    Remove chops from skillet.
    Add onion, rosemary, salt and pepper.
    Cook 5 minutes, until onion is tender.
    Stir in water.
    Arrange pork chops and apple slices in shallow baking dish.
    Add onion mixture.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, until pork chops are tender.
