South Sea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. rotini (uncooked)
    1 to 2 cans tuna
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium apple, chopped
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    paprika
Preparation
    Prepare rotini according to package directions; drain. Combine rotini, tuna, oranges, celery and apple in large bowl.
    In small bowl, blend cottage cheese, mayo, seasoned salt and lemon juice.
    Add to rotini mixture.
    Toss to coat.
    Cover; chill thoroughly.
    Stir gently before serving and top with paprika.
