Pickled Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 kg. tomatoes
    2 glasses (400 gr.) sugar
    1 glass salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 litres water
Preparation
    Wash tomatoes and put some in a 3 litre jar.
    Put in three different relishes: aromatic herbs, pepper and garlic.
    Fill with boiling pickle solution.
