Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 large tomatoes, dipped in hot water bath and skins taken off
    4 onions, chopped
    8 to 10 green peppers
    jalapeno peppers (put in as many as desired for hotness)
    1 c. dark vinegar
    1/4 c. salt
    2 Tbsp. taco spice (packaged)
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Boil 30 minutes or until. Can in hot jars. Turn upside-down to cool.
