Dump Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. shredded carrot
1/2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and beat for 2 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 35 minutes in a greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
Frost, if desired with cream cheese frosting.
