Easy Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell
    3 egg whites for meringue
Preparation
    In saucepan
    mix
    first

    ingredients.
    Gradually add water, stirring constantly.
    Cook\tand
    stir
    over
    high
    heat until mixture begins to
    boil.
    Reduce heat, cook and stir for 2 minutes.
    Mix small
    amount
    of
    hot mixture into egg yolks, then return to hot
    mixture.
    Bring
    to boiling point and cook another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add butter and slowly add lemon juice.
    Pour
    into\tpastry\tshell.\tSpread\tmeringue over filling, sealing edges to pastry.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
