Turnip Green Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Great Northern all white dried beans
    1 ham bone or lots of ham, chopped
    2 large onions, chopped
    3 medium potatoes, chopped
    1 large box frozen turnip greens with roots
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage links
    salt and pepper
    cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cover beans with water.
    Add ham and cook about 2 hours.
    Add onion, potato and turnip greens.
    Cook about 45 minutes.
    Add sausage.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cook another 15 minutes. Freezes well.
