Italian Breaded Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 center cut pork chops
    fresh parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. cracker meal
    1 large clove minced garlic
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    In bowl, mix parsley, garlic salt, pepper and olive oil; mix well.
    In another bowl, add cracker meal.
    Dip chops in cracker meal, then in oil mixture and back in cracker meal.
    (Add any leftover parsley mixture to top of each chop.) Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on thickness of chops.
