Thelma'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium size white potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
6 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. prepared mustard
mayonnaise (amount of your choice)
dash of red pepper
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
