Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
3 c. sifted flour
1 c. small crushed pineapple
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 grated carrots
Preparation

Mix oil, eggs and sugar.
Add carrots, pineapple, nuts and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Mix together with dry ingredients. Bake in ungreased pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
