Vivian'S Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 3 c. veal or pork (leftover, cooked)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper
4 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz. cooked noodles
1/4 c. sliced pimento
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. mushrooms (fresh or canned)
1 c. shredded Cheese
Preparation

Combine meat, lemon, salt, pepper, catsup, oil, onion and garlic.
Simmer slowly for about 20 to 30 minutes.
Mix with noodles, etc.
Bake at 325\u00b0 but first sprinkle with cheese and crumbled potato chips.
Bake until it bubbles.
