Sawyer'S Sunshine Jello - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 c. hot water
2 bananas
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 handfuls marshmallows
pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. Cool Whip
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Take pineapple juice and add water to make one cup.
Add flour and sugar; cook over low heat.
Stir constantly until thick.
Add egg and whisk.
Cook 1 more minute; cool.
Fold in Cool Whip and butter.
Be sure Jell-O is set up first, then add topping to Jell-O (on top only, do not mix).
After you have poured on topping, set up 2 hours.
