Ingredients

1 lb. butter
1 lb. dark brown sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
5 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 jar pineapple preserves
12 slices candied pineapple (chopped)
1 lb. cherries (chopped)
2 lb. dates (chopped)
3 qt. pecans (chopped)
1 c. raisins
1 can Angel Flake coconut
1/4 lb. green cherries (for color)
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together in large pan.
Beat eggs and add to dry mix along with other ingredients.
Mix very well by hand.
Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoon and bake at 275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 about 10 to 12 minutes.
