Little Angel Clouds - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cake flour, sifted
4 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, finely ground
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix cake flour, confectioners sugar, pecans or walnuts, butter and vanilla.
Shape into balls about the size of walnuts.
Place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Roll in confectioners sugar.
