Oatmeal Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. plain flour
2 c. quick cooking oatmeal (not instant)
2 c. coarse chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream Crisco, sugars and eggs. Sift together salt, baking powder, baking soda and flour. Mix all ingredients together and drop by rounded tablespoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 about 10 minutes; watch closely.
