Dessert Crepe Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a bowl.
    Slowly add flour and sugar alternately with milk and water.
    Then beat with a whisk or electric mixer until smooth. Beat in melted butter. Chill batter at least 1 hour. Cook in a crepe pan.
    Makes 20 to 25 cups.
