Ingredients

1 1/4 c. water
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
3 tsp. nonfat dry milk
2 tsp. yeast

Preparation

Add in order as listed to the bread machine.
Use white bread setting.
Do not worry if the top of this bread sinks.
It is okay.
