Banana Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sm. lemon jello (can use any flavor you like)
    1 c. small marshmallows
    2 tbsp. cornstarch
    20 oz. crushed pineapple
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 large cool whip
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Make jello, let set until shaky then add drained pineapple (save some juice), bananas & marshmallows. Put in large dish in refrigerator, chill till firm. Take leftover pineapple juice add enough water to make 1 cup combine egg, sugar & cornstarch cook till thick. Set aside till cool, add cool whip - fold together & pour over top of fruit then spread shredded cheese on top. (I use red jello for Christmas.)
