Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed, cooked chicken breasts
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
2/3 c. sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
1/3 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
vegetable cooking spray
3 tsp. fine, dry breadcrumbs
1 tsp. low calorie margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
Add to chicken mixture.
Stir and mix well.
Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole coated with cooking spray.
Combine breadcrumbs and margarine.
Sprinkle evenly over chicken mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 4.
