Mediterranean Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken pieces
1 (29 oz.) can Veg-All homestyle large cut vegetables
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Preparation

Place chicken in a 3-quart baking dish.
Combine Veg-All homestyle mixed vegetables, tomatoes, onion, green pepper, lemon juice, basil and oregano in a bowl.
Pour over the chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
