Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. sausage, beef, bacon, etc.
    1/3 c. green pepper
    1/3 c. onion (optional)
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar, Swiss or combination, grated
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 beaten eggs
    1 can Pet milk
    1 pie crust, uncooked
Preparation
    Cook meat, onions and peppers.
    Drain.
    Combine cheese, flour, eggs, milk, salt, pepper and meat.
    Pour into shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
